Another scene from H.P.Lovecraft's "At the Mountains of Madness", part of a series of about the City of the Elder Things.

Some of Dyer and Danforth's equipment resting in the dust and ice of one of the ruined rampart buildings as they explore their way down towards the monsterous city below. The building has been blasted open to the elements by millennia of erosion but crumbling traces of the Elder Things' arabesques and dot-group cartouches remain on the walls.

Heh, as I was reading "At the Mountains of Madness" and wondered what the artwork could possibly look like, yours was the first piece that Google served up. Even better that it's a fellow Deviant to have made it :clap:
