The Mayor of Ponyville. She doesn't seem to have an official name but I've seen folks calling her "Mayor Mare". She apparently turns up in some fan fics as "Vanilla Rose" or "Vanilla Latte".

I wasn't sure what I felt like doing today and in the end, a straight pony drawing won out over more animating Rainbow Dash. I'm sure she'll be furious - she hates losing - or so I hear ;-)

Cute work, as far as I know her name is just "Mayor" because it can be pronounced "mare", so it's a horse pun, regional but still...
