Twenty Percent Cooler

A short loop from what'll hopefully become a whole Rainbow Dash music video. (And potentially a screensaver! Thanks for the idea ~SirLeandrea!). This is probably going to take a couple weeks, so bear with me

200 frames @ 960x540. Done in PSP and POV. This pretty much started life as a little badge-sized "Be Awesome!" animation which you can see here.

And yes I know the slogan has been overdone, but I thought this one genuinely was around about 20% cooler than my last anim, so hey
